Join Brooks Boyer, owner and fitness coach at Evolve Fitness, and other runners to train, learn and prepare for your best race!
Boyer will share key information to help runners have a successful half marathon, including consistently putting in enough weekly mileage to get your body accustomed to running for long periods.

- 12-16 week training programs
- Training tips and information
- Strength training at Evolve Fitness (encouraged though not required)
- Facebook group to connect with other runners including group run scheduling, training Q and A, accountability, and motivation
