Brought to you by
12-week running club that includes:
- Weekly group runs held on Wednesdays at 5:00 a.m., Thursdays at 5:00 p.m., and Saturday at 9:00 a.m. Runs may be outside, a sprint work at a local track, on the Cowboy Trail or Skyview Lake trails, or treadmill interval workouts at the gym.
- Cross-training workouts inside/out of the gym throughout the 12-weeks (dates TBD).
- Core strengthening, strength training and flexibility targeted for half-marathon runners
- Education on proper shoes, running gear and nutrition
- Group accountability, motivation, and support!
Begins the week of March 9 (13 weeks from RACE DAY!)
