2023 Race Canceled/Event Discontinued
The creation of the Laugh-and-a-Half-Marathon started as a way to promote wellness and support pediatric needs in northeast Nebraska, as well as remember comedy legend and Norfolk, Nebraska native, Johnny Carson. Runners—men and women, young and old, husbands and wives, families, friends, first-timers and seasoned runners—have joined us for a race that not only tickled the funny-bone but supported health and other important services for area kids. Thank you to all who have participated and supported the event and its benefactors through the years!
